Boostless

From Burnopedia, the Burnout wiki

The Hunter Olympus and Rai-Jin Turbo are the two "original" boostless vehicles.

Boostless vehicles were introduced in the Cagney update for Burnout Paradise. These do not have any boost and do not receive boost bonuses from performing stunts or other risky maneuvers. When performing a Showtime stunt, the vehicle will be given a gray boost bar until the Showtime is over. Motorbikes, however, cannot perform Showtime stunts.

Boostless vehicles can easily be outpaced by vehicles with boost, and they perform poorly in Stunt Runs because they don't have boost to link their stunts together.

The motorcycles included in Burnout Paradise's Bike Pack and Toy Pack also lack boost. However, by pressing the left stick forward, the player causes the bike rider to lean forward, increasing the bike's speed. This is often seen as the bike equivalent of boost.
