Paradise City Parking (abbreviated "PCP") is the probably municipal organization that manages Parking structures and infra-structures throughout Paradise City.

There are several classes of car parks with different characteristics:

• The official "Yellow Sign" parking lots marked by large "P" signs that the player can discover, access and use to find Discoveries or even complete Online Freeburn Challenges.
• The "Green Sign" parking lots, which can be accessed by the player but not always, they can lead to discoveries but their placement is generally purely decorative.
• The other unmarked car parks, or unique ones such as the PCP Inspiral Car Park located on Big Surf Island.

[edit] Yellow Sign Car Parks

Paradise City features 11 "Yellow Sign" Car Parks, all of which are located only in Palm Bay Heights, Downtown Paradise and Harbor Town. There is one Car Park per sub-district, except Rockridge Cliffs in Harbor Town which doesn't feature one.

On the roof of these structures, players can find one or more ramps that lead either to a Billboard, inaccessible areas that themselves lead to additional discoveries, or can be Super Jump ramps or normal ramps letting players drop down back onto the streets below. Garages are useful to find the last 400 Smashes, 120 Billboards and 50 Super Jumps.

Discovering all 11 Car Parks earns the "Paid and Displayed" Paradise Award in conjunction with a PlayStation 3 Trophy and an Xbox 360 Achievement worth 20 Gamer Points.

Generally, exploring the city will reveal the location of all Car Parks but a map is provided here to help players find a missing one.

Textual Guide to Car Parks:

Start at the Harbor Town Junkyard. Head north on South Rouse Drive and onto Lambert Parkway. The Park Vale Garage is located here. Head over to Hall Avenue. The South Bay Garage is on the corner of Hall and Manners Avenues. Along Manners Avenue is located the Paradise Wharf Garage. Follow Manners, and continue onto Harber Street. Make your way to 1st Street. On 1st Street, east of the Glancey Avenue junction is the River City Garage. Drive to Angus Wharf and stretch to the 4th Street intersection. A small alley leads to the entrance of the Waterfront Garage.

Run over to Webster Avenue and head North, the Motor City Garage is there. Turning left at the Paint Shop, jump onto the Train tracks. Drive to Hudson Avenue along which is located the Big Surf Garage. Drive to 9th Street, turn left on Paradise Avenue and then right on Young Avenue. The Twin Bridges Garage is now discovered. Continue on Young Avenue and turn right on 5th Street. The Ocean View Garage is at the T-intersection with Lambert Parkway. Drive south, turn left on 3rd Street and turn right on Hamilton Avenue. Along Hamilton Avenue can be found the West Acres Garage. Follow Hamilton south then East on 2nd Street and drive over the river. On Fry Avenue, the Downtown Garage is just south of Paradise Square.
