The Carson Carbon GT Concept is the carbon version of the GT Concept. It has a chrome shaded exterior and has much higher statistics over its original as it gains 1 boost point and 1 strength point. It has also undergone a boost conversion which changed it from Stunt boost to Speed boost. The loss of its Stunt boost is a small disadvantage that leans its effectiveness from Stunt Run events to race events. Despite this it is one of the most well rounded cars in the game with high statistics in every field and very good maneuverability. The statistics suggest that it could also do well in some of the rougher events such as Marked Man and Road Rage although it can only do well in Road Rage events as long as the player continues to boost.

One major problem for the new Carbon GT Concept is its performance in Stunt Run events. Its new boost type limits players' ability to keep combos progressing as it can only be activated when the boost bar is full so it cannot be intermittently utilized to maintain a combo. Letting go of the boost while it is engaged will prevent players from using it again unless they can find a way to recharge the boost.

The Carbon GT Concept's ability to perform stunts such as Barrel Rolls or Flatspins is still very good despite its speed boost conversion. If a player is able to achieve Burnouts via Oncoming, stunts or gas stations then the Speed Boost conversion will not hinder their stunt run capabilities.

Description Edit

Awarded for finding all the Smashes in Paradise City, this exclusive GT Concept boasts a chrome trimmed carbon fiber chassis and a Speed Boost conversion. Perfect for cruising.

How to Unlock Edit

Drive through all 400 Smashes on the Paradise City mainland.

Resemblance Edit

The Carbon GT Concept model is a Burnout-styled copy of the real world fifth generation Chevrolet Camaro which itself was a concept car at the time of Burnout Paradise's release.

Notes Edit

  • In Burnout Paradise's Free February Update the Carson Carbon GT Concept's speed stat was lowered from 9 to 6 and its boost stat was lowered from 10 to 9.
  • This vehicle can't be used in an online Cops & Robbers game.
  • The carbon version's statistics and looks make it a worthy alternative to the Carson GT Nighthawk. This can come in handy if the player has not purchased the Nighthawk.
  • The Carbon GT concept has the same stats as the GT Nighthawk except it has 3 less strength which makes it faster.
