The Carson Grand Marais virtually drives and turns like a tank. It has horrendous acceleration, vague steering at higher speeds, and knocks most of the other cars out of the way. It weighs several tons, and due to all this weight, it takes forever to get this thing up to cruising speed even when using boost. However, once it gets up to speed, it becomes a rolling brick wall. In Road Rage events, cars just bounce right off of you. Early on, this car is great for Marked Man, but later on, when there are several cars facing you, its slow acceleration means you may get taken down and out before reaching speed. Even at high speeds, the car has a wide turn radius, and it takes some convincing to make it drift.

[edit] Resemblance
The Grand Marais model takes on design cues from a number of classic cars manufactured before the 1940s such as the Cadillac V-16, the Panther De Ville and the 1920s Deusenberg. The Grand Marais' design is also influenced by the Excalibur as well as the 1929 Mercedes SSK.
