[edit] Resemblance
The PCPD version of the Annihilator resembles a 1971 Plymouth Road Runner or Plymouth GTX with a custom front (grill), and a blower on the hood. The only difference from the original version is that it now as an older American style police livery, along with lights & sirens.
- Even though PCPD Annihilator has hidden headlamps, they will not function during evening hours in Paradise City.
