The PCPD version of the Thunder Custom resembles a 1949 Mercury Eight, and the Hudson Hornet. The only differences it has from the original version is that it now features a classic American style police livery, along with a light & sirens.
- Due to a bug in Burnout Paradise, the PCPD Thunder Custom's engine does not sound like the original Thunder Custom. Instead, it sounds more like a Watson R-Turbo Roadster. The PCPD SI-7 seems to share this same problem.
