These types of cars have to be unlocked by completing all the tasks on a challenge sheet for each location on the Burnout Revenge World Tour.
There are 8 specific challenges for each location Challenge Sheet in Burnout Revenge. Each task must be completed with a specific criteria and within a specific event at any one of the events held at the sheet's venue along the World Tour.
