Most of the car looks identical to the Custom M-Type ST, but the DX variant has a bodykit, hood vent, and a fitted spoiler added. Performance is identical aside from a speed increase.

The Custom M-Type DX is unlocked by earning a bronze medal in the "Traffic Attack - Lower Link" event in Eastern Bay within the Dangerous rank.
