Follow the rivals passing you for a good distance, you may take the various shortcuts on East Lake Drive but they aren't as useful and some prevent you from going through the Eastern Shore Gas Station.
Continue soutbound on East Lake Drive and keep right to get onto Geldard Drive. After the second tunnel, keep left and drop down from the top of the Dam onto the first "shelf" then drop down from there onto Casey Pass.
Follow Casey Pass up to South Mountain Drive and then continue South until you reach the Ranch.
