It is an upgraded variant of the Factory R160 ST, and as such, has multiple alterations to its design; a spoiler, with a new bodykit, different mirrors, a hood scoop, twin exhaust tips, and an elongated rear slope.

The Factory R185 DX is unlocked by earning a bronze medal in the "Crashbreaker Race - Long Reverse" event in Eternal City within the Fearless rank.
