I went ahead and finished up the list of burning routes for burnout paradise. Here are a list of changes.

• Updated the WTR Burning Route by defining which segment of I-88 it is at (it is actually at the Section 2-3 gate)
• Updated the Touge Sport Burning Route by defining where it ends at (The Wind Farm)
• Moved the column for the Updated Target Time
• Added the Updated Target Time for all burning routes
