This month will only feature Saturday PS3 clan meets at 7pm GMT/2pm EST. And, along with them, themed meetings. A host should sign up for a meet below and should note whether he wants the meet to be themed. SilverCCX will kindly set up a voting for the theme a few days before each meet.
If you have a Facebook account, be sure to become a fan of Burnopedia at this link. I update its statuses frequently with featured edits, clan info, etc.

I'll be pushing back my meeting to the third Saturday of every month then, and maybe as a result we will keep the high attendance record for the themes because people will be really anticipating that week. Would it be a good idea to give members three weeks to vote for the theme of the meeting (I'll start the poll at the beginning of the month) or should I just leave it as is? You can start a poll earlier for the themes and so offer more themes to choose.
