The Kitano PCPD Hydros Custom is a Japanese tuner car that has been converted into a police car. Unlike its original version, it contains no spoiler and no carbon hood. This somehow makes it go faster than the original, even if its stats look identical.

[edit] Resemblance
The PCPD version of the Hydros Custom resembles a 2000 Honda Civic. The only difference from the original version is that it now it has a modern Japanese style police livery, along with lights & sirens.
[edit] Notes
- Even though the PCPD Hydros Custom only has one finish, the lower part of the body can be repainted to any color in the game. By default it is painted blue. If painted black it looks more like an authentic Japanese police car.
- The PCPD Hydros Custom is one of 6 front-wheel drive Paradise vehicles that is capable of performing donuts while driving backwards.
