The Kitano Touge Criterion is the upgraded version of the Touge Sport. It trades one speed point for one boost. This gives it a higher maximum speed with a lower cruising speed. This makes the car even more useful during Stunt Run events because the lower cruising speed allows for more precision while trying to land various stunts It also can make the car more effective during Race events as long as the player continues to use boost. There are no other significant changes to the car.
