The Modified Muscle is one of the most well-rounded vehicles of its class. Its speed is decent, and it has enough weight to be able to take down most adversaries. Even though it does not seem well-fitted for Road Rages, it can set a few records in an event, and should be able to be used sufficiently.

The Shelby Series 1 and the Dodge Viper SRT-10 both seem to have greatly influenced the Modified Muscle's design. Possibly some Nissan S30/Datsun 240Z The tail lights bear some resemblance to that of several modern Ferraris or possibly the Lotus Elise 111R.

• The Modified Muscle can be painted blue with white stripes, red with white stripes, and white with black stripes.
