The Modified Sports is a vehicle in Burnout 3: Takedown. It is one of the hardest vehicles to control in the game, due to how stiff the turning is. As such, this car is not highly recommended for Races. Due to heavy weight for this car, it is recommended for Road Rages.
The Modified Sports' weight is heavier than all other sports cars. Its strength is key to survival and success in a road rage, but the stats are also teasing. Even though it has superior weight the sports car is flawed with a terrible understeer problem that makes cornering difficult to the point where drifting doesn't help. It is already obvious that the Modified Sports is poor for races, but control is so stiff that players will tend to miss out on slamming rivals from the side. The lighter Assassin Sports is almost a better road rage choice since it is easily controllable.
This car re-appears in Burnout Legends as the Sports Collector 1, which uses the similar blue/white finish but with some additional decorations.
The available colors for this car are blue/white, red/black and white/black.

The general body shape of the Modified Sports is similar to that of the Honda NSX. The rear window and roof scoop greatly resemble that of a Honda NSX-R GT. The tail lights strongly resemble that of a 5th generation Honda Prelude. The resemblance is the Lamborghini Diablo GTR.
- After a crash, the car will deform but the rear windshield doesn't break for some reason.
