Parr Avenue is a short road extending from the Lambert Parkway intersection to the South Bay Expressway intersection. For racers coming from the North and heading to Naval Yard or Lone Stallion Ranch it's a good road to take.

[edit] Shortcuts
- Northbound shortcut crossing over into Gabriel Avenue. Leads into a shortcut on the other side into an under-construction building shortcut.
- Unreachable shortcut at the edge of the grassy area, at a warehouse. Can only be accessed uproad near the Nakamura Automobiles showroom on Lambert Parkway.
- Minor omni-directional shortcut cutting the north corner slightly.
- A pair of Railroad track routes, one leading East to Gabriel Avenue and South Bay Expressway, the other going West over Hall Avenue, over the South Expressway Bridge and all the way to South Mountain Drive and Lucas Way. It also has a Eastbound ramp up onto I-88.
[edit] Landmarks of Interest
- A large blue building on the edge of a grassy area which, upon closer inspection, is revealed to be an old hangar, Hangar B.
- The storage area on the East side of the road is Pier 70 for Red Fred Company Inc.
- There is also a sign for Less Cost Inventory Services in Building 2, who do Marine Salvage and Wholesale Asset Liquidation.
- After this is a omni-directional Split Ramp for Stunt Runs (or goofing off).
- There is also a sign for Paradise City Hire Co.
- The large cranes around the South Bay area are, via a sign, revealed to be owned by Murch Industrial Freight-Haulage.
- They happen to own the large yellow crane looming over the road.
