Signature Takedowns (Burnout Revenge)

	Signature Takedowns (Burnout Revenge) was Burnopedia's Featured Article in May 2010.

A Signature Takedown is a takedown which has to be met with a specific criteria or location on a track. Burnout Revenge features a variety of Signature Takedowns on every track as did its predecessor Burnout 3: Takedown.

A Signature Takedown can be performed in any World Tour event in Burnout Revenge which features rival racers. A Signature Takedown is shown during an event in a similar way as to a regular takedown except a camera will show the vehicle that the player has taken down with a flash of light and a camera shutter sound as well as the name of the Signature Takedown.

Signature Takedowns in Burnout Revenge are only shown once after you have acquired it for the first time as opposed to Burnout 3 when the same Signature Takedown would be shown every time it is acquired.

In Burnout Revenge all Signature Takedowns are based on the physical environment and no special vehicles are used in a Signature Takedown. In Burnout 3 some Signature Takedowns require the player to smash an opponent into a vehicle such as a Big Rig, Motor Home or Tuk-tuk.

Circuit Location	The Bowling Alley along the alleyway shortcut next to the Start line. It can be seen with a neon bowling ball and pins.	The Marina is the long board walk short cut parallel to the main road on the other side of each bridge at the start of a race.	The Boat Stack is the large structure on both sides of the road which holds several stories of boats. It is in between the construction site and the Marina.

Circuit Location	There are 2 alleyways along both main straights of the circuit.	There are 2 large red cranes located at the docks near the Freeway on ramp. The Cranes are in the middle of the road. Ram a rival into one of their support legs.	The Freeway has an on ramp on both sides, avoid the on ramp and you will see a maze of pillars underneath.

Circuit Location	The sign is located on the right hand side of the road after the Gas Station.	The Storm Drain runs parallel to the Freeway as a shortcut. Make a rival hit a wall.	Any alleyway short cut as long as the rival hits a Dumpster.

Circuit Location	The Logging Machinery is located between the Forest and the Hillside roads. Hit a rival into any one of the machines.	Hit a rival into a wall of the bridge along the shortcut next to the Start line.	Hit a rival into a trailer inside the Trailer Park.

Circuit Location	Ram a rival off a short cut parallel to a Tunnel Section near the start line.	Ram a rival into a wall in the short cut that goes through the middle of the village at the bottom of White Mountain.	Ram a rival off the broken bridge on the mountain. It is the bridge where the broken section can be used as a jump.

Circuit Location	There is a short cut full of parked buses. Ram a rival into one of those buses.	Ram a rival into one of the Tram stations located along the main straight near the start line.	Ram a rival into a wall within the alley way with a Green Neon Dragon on either side.

Circuit Location	There is a Construction Site located along the Freeway. It is hard to miss but you will if you take all the short cuts.	Ram a rival into the wall of the hairpin corner.	Ram a rival into one of the supports in the middle of the road. It can be easily missed as it isn't obviuos that these are the Monorail Supports.
