Description

The Super Prototype is one of the last vehicles unlocked in the Race Tour. Its well-rounded performance is just like all other the prototype cars, but it is the true racing prototype. The control is extremely responsive unlike the Super Type 3 and its drifts are exceptional. While its feels lighter than the Type 3, it is just as sturdy and proves itself to be one of the best vehicles to wreck rivals with. Another plus is that the boost doesn't have to remain activated in order to keep full speed. It won't help with the World Tour because it is the last Super Car unlocked, but it is the ultimate prize for standard series racing.

The Super Prototype can be painted in blue/white, white/red and black/white. Reappearing in Burnout Legends as the Super Collector 3, the blue finish's white stripe is recolored yellow. The car was also available in green/white in Burnout Legends, but it was cut for unknown reasons.

How to Unlock

Awarded for Gold in the Gold Medal Grand Prix.

Resemblance

The Super Type 3 resembles the Ferrari F40 in the front and the Koenigsegg CCX in the rear. The front also resembles the Maserati MC12.

  • In a loading screen, the message for this car says it is unlocked face-to-face although that is misleading.
