[edit] Description

No toy is above the law! And the Toy Citizen is here to uphold it! Don't be fooled by it's diminutive size, this micro-enforcer will bring anything to a stand-still.

[edit] How to Unlock

It is included with other toy vehicles in the Toy Vehicles Pack for 1000MS, with select other vehicles in the Toy Collection 2 for 480MS, or is able to be purchased individually for 160MS.

[edit] Resemblance

This vehicle is a toy version of the Hunter Citizen.

[edit] Notes

  • This vehicle was accidentally released by Microsoft on Xbox 360 on February 19, 2009, allowing some players to download it, however it was removed shortly thereafter until its official release.
    • Even with working police sirens, traffics emit no response to any drivable police vehicles at all.
  • While this is a toy version of the Hunter Citizen, it cannot be driven in the Cops & Robbers game, even as a police vehicle.
  • While this is the toy version of the Hunter Citizen, its paint finish cannot be changed.
